The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part (Feb 8)

The “Everything is awesome” team is back with another full-fledged sequel. Directed by Mike Mitchell and penned by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (who directed the first film), The Lego Movie 2 takes place five years after and now the Lego citizens are facing another threat from outer space. With the vocal talents of Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, and Channing Tatum as Superman, expect to laugh out loud once again.

Alita: Battle Angel (Feb 14)

Spend your Valentine’s Day with Alita: Battle Angel. Based on the manga series Gunnm by Yukito Kishiro, the cyberpunk action film is about a woman’s journey when finding herself in the year 2563 after a catastrophic war. Written by James Cameron, the project has been in production since 2003, but got delayed due to Cameron’s work in Avatar, among other things.

Foxtrot Six (Feb 21)

Experience thrilling CGI tech in the upcoming futuristic war-drama film Foxtrot Six. Directed by Randy Korompis, the film sees Angga as future ex-marine who has to save Indonesia with his boy squad from an evil tyrant. Oka Antara, Chicco Jerikho, Rio Dewanto, Arifin Putra, Mike Lewis, and Julie Estelle are the lead actors.

Dilan 1991 (Feb 28)

This February welcomes back the beloved high schooler Dilan to the big screen. Based on the second novel by Pidi Baiq, Dilan 1991 picks up with Dilan and Milea in high school in Bandung back in the early 90s. New conflicts and drama promised to fill the sequel along with Dilan’s witty one-liners, of course.
