The new Li Feng restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta has opened its gates and is presenting artful and authentic Cantonese cuisine. Maximilian von Reden, Mandarin Oriental Jakarta’s General Manager, welcomed VVIPs and introduced the two master chefs behind Li Feng: Chef Chang See Loy and Chef Huang Jing Hui, also known as Chef Fei. The restaurant’s name means “abundance of  beauty”, which is evident in the masterful menus that are enhanced by a beautiful interior that embodies the seafaring journey between China and Indonesia.
