Members of the Jakarta chapter of the Commanderie de Bordeaux recently got together for a very special dinner held at the residence of Mr Rudy Akili. The dinner was prepared by Chef Gilles Marx of AMUZ Gourmet Restaurant. Vintage Chateau Pichon Lalande wine was the perfect complement to the sumptuous meal and guests were then taken on a visit to the Akili Museum by Rudy himself.
