One fine afternoon on Wednesday 5 February 2020, Prime Angus House was hosting a beautiful event for Plaza Indonesia's prime shoppers.
Around 40 beautiful ladies were invited to attend "Valentine Soiree" in a white dress code. The Restaurant was full with all beautiful face in well-dressed and gorgeous hairdo. Heaven must be missing some angels that day.
The dining tables were artistically decorated with white flower arrangements and mirrory underliner to enhance this glamorous occassion.
Chef Simamoto, the Japanese Chef of Prime Angus House opened the lunch by explaining the food that will be served for the event.
For the entree, Chef was preparing a nice platter of Canape consists of Smoked Salmon, Scallop Salad, Spaghetti Sea Urchin & Foiegrass. To accompany the dish, a glass of Joya Brancho, a Portuguese White White with crispy fresh and fruity taste was served.
For the Main Course, Chef Simamoto prepared two kinds of food; The best US Sirloin / US Ribeye Steak for Ladies who loves to eat Red Meat. Or Grilled Salmon for those who prefers Fish.
The Australian wine from Barossa Valley "Grant Burge Shiraz" really made the Steak more enjoyable than ever.
After the Main Course served, two beautiful Models were exhibiting diamonds from Adelle Jewelry. Diamonds are Ladies' Best Friends, and we all love to meet our friends, don't we?
Before the lunch finished, Chef Simamoto prepared a nice dessert for the evening. "Opera Chocolate Cake" that was perfectly matched with "Parcelas" Port Wine that no one can ever resist.
All I could say it was one of the beautiful evening. Everything was just beautiful and memorable especially on this beautiful month of love.
