First New York, then London, and now Milan—let’s just say that this month we have overdosed on fashion. Fashion month, which comes only twice every year, is filled with innovative designers, new creatives, and everything else fashion. And Milan stands at the top when it comes to fashion capitals of the world, and now we know why. At Milan Fashion Week 2018, luxury brands ranging from Dolce & Gabbana to Versace all walked down the runway. Some of our favourite models were seen, too. Yes, we mean Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and Bella Hadid. After keeping up with what the designers had in store for us this year, we pictured how Indonesian women would look if they look a little inspiration from this year’s runway show. Let’s see what we discovered.

There’s nothing like a little street style! The domination of the fashion industry this year was probably Fendi on the runway at Milan Fashion Week 2018. Now, of course, who better than Cindercella to imagine wearing this exact look? Cindercella, often seen decked out in street style, would work the same wonder that Kendall Jenner did when she strutted down the runway. All white with fanny pack, a bun, heels, and street style rules!

Marni: Emily Jaurymarniemily.jpg

None other than Emily Jaury could rock such vibrant patterns. If you’ve been Insta-stalking this fashionista, you’ll have seen that see indulges in patterns from time-to-time. Whether skirts, dresses, jackets, tops, or skirt + bralette + kimono (as seen on the runway), Emily and patterns go really well together. Now imagine the #BossBabe in this stunning Marni piece as she heads on a tropical holiday.

No Monday blues with five shades of chic! Gigi Hadid looked absolutely stunning in this Missoni piece, which we think Maudy Ayunda would look even more chic in. Not only a spectacular singer, but also very fashion forward, Maudy Ayunda could definitely give this blue piece a shot.

MSGM: Kiki Siantar Huilletkikimgsm.jpg

Quite the fashion icon herself, Kiki Siantar Huillet knows how to carry a good look. Dropping inspiration all over her Instagram feed, whether summer, spring, autumn, or winter, Kiki always knows what to wear. We believe that this MSGM piece from Milan Fashion Week would make Kiki stand out more than she usually does because florals and denim together always do the job well. Well, we know what she should be wearing this coming spring.

Moschino: Sonia Erykasoniamoschino.jpg

Sonia Eryka is unique and definitely fashionable. Her style defines who she is, and we love that about her. Sonia is often seen in statement pieces—suits that always look so good on her, and we truly believe that this particular Moschino piece from the runway would turn heads if she wears it. That said, we’re not sure if the colour is perfect for her or if the silhouette would flaunt her figure just the way it should be flaunted.

Versace: Krisdayantikrisdayantiversace.jpg

If this classic Versace piece doesn’t scream classic to you, we don’t know what will—and who better to work a classic piece if not Krisdayanti? Stunning looks, extravagant charisma, and everything about this sophisticated lady mean she can nail a Versace piece better than anyone else, and particularly this one, since frills are a girl’s best friend.

Jil Sander: Dian Sastrowardoyodiansastrojilsander.jpg

Jil Sander makes contemporary pieces come to life and no one does contemporary like Dian Sastrowardoyo. Whether it’s all white or any other colour, she knows how to style herself. As we saw this Jil Sander piece on the runway, all we thought about was how good Dian would look in this.
