After a whirlwind of fashion weeks last September, this month should come as a welcome change. But, hold on, this doesn’t mean that the fashion industry is slowing down. Style Guide: Rihanna In Burberry
Songstress Rihanna was spotted in Burberry's September 2017 collection in New York. The fashion icon wore vintage checkered breasted coat with vintage checkered baseball cap which she matched with argyle wool knitted socks in bright red colour.
Gucci’s Cruise 2018 Campaign
Luxury fashion house Gucci has unveiled its 2018' Cruise collection that featured a number of the brand’s familiar faces. Shot by British photographer, Mick Rock, the new campaign as always boasts a burst of colours, sequins and fresh botanical prints. The campaign featured many Italian household names like actress Miriam Leone, director Matteo Zoppis and actor Alessandro Borghi.
Calvin Klein x Jake Gyllenhaal
Calvin Klein has released a new video campaign for its new fragrance Eternity featuring Hollywood superstar, Jake Gyllenhaal. The video showed Jake as a young father reading poetry from EE Cummings' I Carry Your Heart With Me to his young daughter. The actor is joined by the gorgeous model Liya Kebede and was directed by Cary Fukunaga.
H&M x Erdem
The much-awaited fashion collaboration between British brand Erden and Swedish giant retailer H&M has launched its 87 pieces of collection and for the first time it will be available in H&M stores in Indonesia! Available from November 2 onwards, the new collection features tweeds, blooming floral prints, long-sleeved lace dress and tailored suits for the women. Meanwhile, for menswear, which will be Erdem’s first, the collection offers sharp tailoring, expressive floral prints in hoodie, shirts and t-shirts along with subverted hoodie and leather sneakers with Erdem’s floral print. In conjunction with the launch the two brands have also worked together with illustrious filmmaker Baz Luhrmann and created a dreamy video campaign. Watch it here.
Louis Vuitton x Jeff Koons 2.0
Louis Vuitton is collaborating with American artist Jeff Koons once again for a must-see collection titled Masters 2 that features series of iconic paintings like Reclining Girl by François Boucher, Water Lilies by Claude Monet and The Triumph of Pan by Nicolas Poussin inserted in LV’s handbags. The second collaboration collection will be available on October 27th.
Dior x Cara Delvingne
Good news for beauty lovers! Dior is launching a new anti-aging skincare line entitled Capture Youth. And for that the luxury brand has tapped supermodel Cara Delevingne as its brand’s ambassador. Reportedly, the new skincare will contains extract of Florentine iris that will help the skin to fight against visible sign of aging as the line aims to delay the first signs of aging for 30-something.

Supermodels Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn were spotted clad in Burberry during one of the fashion weeks. Take inspiration from Cara who sported crop top under black leather jacket paired with Burberry’s iconic red plaid pants. Meanwhile, Jourdan wore a pink lace trench over slip dress.
Louis Vuitton x Emma Stone
Luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton has tapped American actress Emma Stone as its new brand ambassador. The actress will be featured in the brand’s TV and ad print and will wear LV’s designs on the red carpet. It’s reported that Emma Stone earned $7 to $10 million, according to Page Six.
Dior Cruise x Jennifer Lawrence
Dior has unveiled a new campaign for its Cruise 2018 collection featuring its muse actress Jennifer Lawrence. Shot by Brigitte Lacombe, the series of shot featured Dior’s new ‘Lady Dior’ bag and lace-trimmed, ivory and flora dresses along with ‘J’adior’ flap bag with mosaic writing inspired by American Indian or wide rainbow woven strap.
Paul Andrew x Salvatore Ferragamo
Designer Paul Andrew has been tapped as Salvatore Ferragamo’s new Creative Director for Women’s collection. Speaking about his new role, Paul Andrew said that he is grateful for the confidence and trust the Ferragamo group have in him. “I am thrilled by the opportunities that lay ahead in forging a single, powerful identity for a new Ferragamo woman.”
Adam Levine x YSL Beauty
Maroon 5’s frontman Adam Levine has been chosen as YSL Beauty’s new fragrance, Y, ambassador, slated to launch in August. The new fragrance is rumoured to be a fresh, masculine fragrance with notes of sage, bergamot and ginger. Levine stated that he is “psyched” to collaborate with the brand saying that he can relate to “the raw passion and strong sense of individuality of YSL; and being a part of the story of Y is exciting to me - it is not the story of one man, but of a whole creative generation”.
Loewe Spring/Summer 2018 Campaign
After showcasing its Fruits campaign during Paris Fashion Week 2017, luxury fashion house Loewe at last revealed its unique campaign. Shot by renowned photographer Steven Meisel, the campaign featured Italian model Vittoria Ceretti in series of contrasting images that interpret fruits like mangosteen, pomegranates and melons with beauty looks by make-up actress Pat McGrath.

For its Cruise 2018 collection, Bottega Veneta presents a collection featuring bold, uplifting colors, intricate details and breathtaking botanical prints. A plethora of intense, stunning shades permeate the collection. The women’s palette is led by burnt oranges, deep reds and pinks, dark navy and moss, burgundy and espresso, while the men’s palette dips more into neutral territory with its own vivid punch.
