Adhika honed his culinary skills at the Asiate Restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, New York, and Gordon Ramsay’s establishments in the same city. His educational experience includes studying Business at the Curtin University, Australia; the French Culinary Institute, New York City; and learning Japanese culinary skills at various izakayas and ramen houses around Tokyo and Osaka. Together with his wife Karen Carlotta, he runs AMKC Private Dining service, AMKC Atelier, the Union Brasserie, and Izakaya Kai. He is currently one of three chefs selected to be an Iron Chef in the ongoing cooking show Iron Chef Indonesia.
