Born and raised in a culinary-savvy family between two brothers, Arnold’s masterpieces are based on self-learning and a passion for the food industry. Together with his siblings, Arnold opened KOI Dessert Bar in two locations around Sydney. He once starred as a guest chef in Master Chef Indonesia’s season two before being appointed as the judge in the cooking show’s seasons three and four. As of late, Arnold branched out to Jakarta where he was involved in creating the Nest Grill Jakarta for three years, and then opened NOMZ Jakarta in collaboration two other top young chefs.
