Located in one of the most strategic locations in Jakarta, in between SCBD and Mega Kuningan, Arzuria residence is designed as a green enclave in an unexpected urban setting. Designed by Singaporean architect team SCDA led by Chan Soo Khian, the property will have taken approximately a year to complete when it is finished in the second quarter of 2018.

"As a multi-disciplinary firm, SCDA strives to provide a full and coherent design service, including architecture, interior and landscape design," said team behind the development. "With Arzuria, we have a project where the team was part of the entire design process."

Arzuria will consist of 214 units and three penthouses over 39 floors. The units will range from two-bedroom spaces measuring in at 87, 88, 101 and 105 square metres, as well as three bedroom units covering an area of 149 square metres.

Exclusive facilities will, of course, form part of the property, including a sky gym, a 25-metre swimming pool, a children’s playground, a nursery room, a function room, and much more.

Meanwhile, the design features the palettes of well-crafted hardscape, green scenery and water elements, all of which will form the perfect transition from the hectic Jakarta hustle and bustle and into the owners’ homes.
