The honourees and Tribe
The announcement of the Gen.T Summit 2019
Tamara Lamunière, head of Generation T Asia, flew in from Hong Kong to join the event and to personally meet the Indonesian honourees and Tribe. During dinner, she introduced the next exciting project: The Gen.T Summit.
This innovative event will comprise a regional summit for the Asia-wide Gen.T community and those with the will to innovate and drive positive change in the world. Aiming to be a world-class event, the line-up of confirmed speakers for the summit made the crowd gasp. Some of the most-exciting names include Juan Pablo Escobar, Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, and Melati Wijsen, an 18-year-old environmentalist.
The 50 Indonesian Gen.T honourees unveiled
Finally, the highlight of the event was the unveiling of the 50 Indonesian honourees in the Gen.T Asia 2019 list. The inspirational young leaders gathered in front of the list to take a picture of the “class of 2019” with their personalised magazine covers.
It’s party time!
The event wrapped up with a lavish after-party led by an ambient music set from DJ Agung. Everyone was in celebratory mood having made and networked with new friends after the announcement. Guests also made full use of our 180-degree photo booth with their friends and colleagues. Congratulations to all!
