Chris Salans

Born in the US and raised in France, Chris Salans is one of the most notable chefs in the country. Trained in Le Cordon Bleu, Chris currently runs Mozaic Beach Club in Ubud and Spice by Chris Salans in Sanur and Ubud. Chris published his first book, Mozaic: French Cuisine, Balinese Flavours in 2011.
