Chris Salans, born in Washington DC, on July 18, 1970, is one of the most notable chefs in the country. After graduating from Tufts University in Boston, he turned to his passion: cooking. In 2012, Chris was joined by Chef James Ephraim and opened the Mozaic beach Club in Batu Belig on the southwest Coast of Bali and published his first book, Mozaic: French Cuisine, Balinese Flavours, in 2011.
