Sandra Djohan

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Sandra Djohan is behind Jakarta’s latest French cuisine sensation Epilogue as its owner and Head Chef. In 2005, Sandra also opened a small French Bistro Restaurant, Coquelicot le Bistro, in the Cipete area. Her culinary expertise stems from her numerous research trips throughout the different regions in Europe, Asia, the US and at home. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys researching regional Indonesian cuisines and ingredients.
