"Oh christmas tree, oh Christmas tree; How lovely are thy branches.” Just as one of the beloved Christmas carols describes a heartwarming sight, so was the upcoming lighting-up ceremony of the 38-metre Christmas tree on November 24 at the Tribeca Park that is conveniently located between the bustling Central Park Mall and Neo Soho Mall Jakarta.

From November 24 to January 13, the lighting-up procession can also be enjoyed three times on weekdays and seven times on weekends. The famous carol itself is among many that will be sung by top singers such as GAC and Putri Ayu during the lighting-up ceremony on November 24, and competed at the Christmas Choir Competition from December 7 to 9 as part of the malls’ Noel Season “Christmastopia” many events.

Another festivity scheduled for November 24 is the Little Christmastopia Parade, in which the young ones can dress up in Christmasthemed costumes with proceeds going towards building a school in Sumba in collaboration with Happy Hearts Indonesia. Christmas caroling groups will ring out joyful tunes coupled with merry dances during the holiday season. Special seasonal decorations scattered around the malls add special touches for family photos as visitors go around the vast complex, especially at Eco Skywalk and Tribeca Park.

As Christmas is a time when families gather, Neo Soho Mall has arranged for Sesame Street residents to meet, play, and take photos with visitors, while Central Park Mall’s Laguna Atrium is where characters from L.O.L Surprise! frolic for a fun time from December 13 to January 13. For the grown-ups, the Christmastopia Market from November 24 to January 13, Holiday Pop Up Market from December 7 to 9 and 14 to 16, and the Shopping Marathon till Midnight events on December 15 and 16 will help tick the Christmas wish-list with discount up to 80 per cent at more than 350 tenants. Visit the websites and for complete details of all the revelries and other information.
