Luxury hotel group Aman is known for its outstanding but remote properties around the world, which provide guests with a meditative sanctuary. Now, the Singapore-based company is raising the bar in authentic spa experiences with its brand-new concept: Aman Wellness.

The new programme includes Individual Wellness Immersions as well as a series of Group Retreat Experiences headed by Aman’s health specialists. Drawing on ancient healing traditions, the wellness programmes promise to take guests through an invigorating process of renewal, purification and deep nourishment suitable for either physical objectives or peace of mind.

The programmes are first set to launch at Amanpuri in Phuket, Thailand, and Amanbagh in Rajasthan, India, in August 2016, and will then be introduced across the group’s other 30 hotels and resorts by the end of this year.

The Individual Wellness Immersions will feature daily spa treatments, a diet or cleanse, suggested exercise, and expert advice. They will range from 3 to 14 nights at Amanpuri, and 4 to 21 nights at Amanbagh, all bespoke to each participant.

Meanwhile, the Group Retreat Experiences, which range from 3 to 10 days, will allow participants to experience a curated mix of workshops treatments, body work and food adventures led by contemporary masters in their field. Aman’s three resorts in Bali—Amandari, Amankila and Amanusa—will host the retreats in August, September and October, respectively.

“Wellness is not only related to the physical, but also to the strength of the connection between body and mind,” said Vladislav Doronin, the Chairman of Aman. “Aman Wellness is designed to achieve a deep level of transformation from the outside in and is inspired and enhanced by the natural and peaceful settings of our resorts.”
