Italian luxury jewellery and watchmaker, Bvlgari has partnered up with world’s most exclusive network of car collectors, The Supercar Owners Circle. The partnership presented the Octo Tourbillon Sapphire SOC watch, which were presented at the Bvlgari Hotel in Milan earlier this month.
The Supercar Owners Circle (SOC) encompasses a select group of passionate international devotees and automotive enthusiasts. What makes them different from the rest lies in their ownership of the rarest cars on the market, akin to Bvlgari which is to achieve the best is a part of their core values.
The results, Octo Tourbillon Sapphire SOC watch is exceptionally designed for the world’s most discerning car collectors. The watch also reflects SOC members’ passion for standout cars, with the sapphire case middle, rimmed by DLC- coated titanium, entirely reveal the movement equipped with a tourbillon. The time is displayed on hour-markers and made of yellow gold. Meanwhile, the lateral tubes are visible through the sapphire crystal are also made of yellow gold, it has a power-reserve indicator, and the crown is adorned with the SOC logo. The black alligator bracelet has a rubber finishing with yellow “SOC” stitching and a deployant buckle.
The watch was introduced at the Gala Dinner held earlier this month at the Bvlgari Hotel in Milan. The following day, the supercars that took part in the event paraded through the Lombardian city in a police convoy before heading off to visit one of the largest existing private collections of exceptional cars, owned by an SOC member.
Bvlgari’s next rendezvous with the Supercar Owners Circle will take place in the United Kingdom on June 4 at the historic Goodwood Circuit.
