Earlier this month, Swiss luxury brand Chopard and its local retail partner, Time International, threw a launch party to inaugurate the brand’s first flagship boutique. Held at Plaza Indonesia, the ceremony was attended by Chopard’s Co-President and Artistic Director Ms Caroline Scheufele and Time International’s President and CEO Mr Irwan Danny Mussry, among other key members from both companies.

After a ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests were invited inside the store to discover Chopard’s exquisite timepieces, such as L.U.C and Mille Miglia alongside exquisite high jewellery from the Happy Diamonds collection. Afterwards, the lucky attendees were then treated to delectable canapes crafted especially for the event by the Grand Hyatt Jakarta hotel’s team, followed by a cocktail party outside the boutique’s area. A special presentation of the L’Heure Du Diamant jewellery collection was also held during the launch.

Located on level 1 of Plaza Indonesia, the 82-square-metre boutique boasts a modern interior design and offers two areas for ladies and gentlemen to shop. The boutique itself was designed by renowned French architect Thierry Despont, who took his inspiration from a jewel box and went on to create a spectacular emporium that is suitable for any timepiece aficionado.

“We are proud to present Indonesia’s first exclusive Chopard flagship boutique. Our purpose is to bring the experience of Chopard’s fascinating collections as close as possible to our customers,” said Irwan Danny Mussry.
