The Longines Legend Diver Watch is a remake of the 1960s diving watch. Maintaining the style codes and design elements suited to Longines, the brand has applied modern techniques and expertise to this contemporary edition to guarantee legibility, water resistance, and practicality. In this revamped version, Longines offers a black PVD coating that combines a modern look with traditional elegance and articulate performance.

The lines of the original watch have been preserved, including the boxed glass and the bidirectional internal turning diving bezel, which serve as reminders of the technical limitations of the era. Associated with adventures related to discovering the beauty of the undersea world, Longines has equipped it with high-performance technical characteristics. Along with its PVD coating, a sapphire crystal, two crowns, and a screw-down back to guarantee water resistance to 30 bars, the bezel is activated and stopped by the crown at 2 o’clock, allowing the wearer to determine the remaining dive time.

The indices, numerals, and hands are adorned with Super LumiNova for optimum legibility. To complete this timepiece, a Milanese-style black rubber strap equipped with a folding titanium clasp treated with black PVD and an integrated diving extension seal the deal.

In 2005, Longines unveiled a collection that would become its flagship: The Longines Master Collection. From the very beginning, the collection has enjoyed an optimum level of success identifying itself as an ambassador for the brand’s watchmaking expertise. However, over the years, the collections have welcomed new features and advancements but have not waivered from the timeless classical elegance it possesses. This year, the Longines Master Collection offers an annual calendar, controlled by a new mechanical movement, exclusive to the brand.

Combining classical elegance with excellence, the models from The Longines Master Collection featuring an annual calendar contain the new automatic L897 caliber in a stainless-steel case measuring 40mm in diameter. With 64 hours of power reserve and the annual calendar displayed at 3 o’clock, the movement can be viewed through the transparent caseback. The rhodium plated or blued steel hands jump off the black or silver barleycorn or sunray blue dial. These elegant timepieces are complimented by a steel bracelet or black, brown or blue alligator watch strap, all fitted with a folding safety clasp.
