Our second Generation T Party is almost here! You’ve heard of Generation X, Y, Z, but what is Generation T? For the ones of you who don’t know, Indonesia Tatler’s Generation T is a list of young, influential and intellectual figures under 40. If you’re wondering who is a part of this year’s list, get excited because it’s only three days away from our second annual Gen. T party on August 10. The list will contain young movers and shakers who can be found in various industries; ranging from art to engineering and everything in between. Curious? Here are a few things to expect at this year’s Generation T party.
Where’s the party at?

Indonesia Tatler’s 2018 Generation T Party will be held at one of Jakarta’s classic lounge: Immigrant, at Plaza Indonesia. What better ways to start-off the night than at a prestigious lounge? During the night, there will be Wall of Fame inspired photobooth where you and your friends can enjoy the night with lots of pictures and memories. Furthermore, the DJ booth will be blasting tunes all night long. Oh, and did we mention the wine cellar that’s going to be available at Immigrant?
The Big Reveal
The second Gen.T party is almost here and we are all so curious to know who's on the list. Last year’s influential list had entrepreneurs, influencers, actors and many more. So, who is it this year? The big reveal will take place this Friday at 9 p.m. sharp at the event and online. Better make sure to keep track of time. For the time being, here are few clues on some who made it to 2018’s Gen.T List:
(1.) This superstar kicked off his career as a model, but now he is one of Indonesia’s finest actors.
(2.) Independence, beauty and gorgeous cosmetic line is what she’s all about.
(3.) Beauty and brain, this lady is everything luxury watches.
(4.) If you’re a foodie in Jakarta, his business has probably made your life 10 times easier.
(5.) She’s all about the goodness of herbal drinks.
(6.) The data lead at your favourite bookstore.
Keynote speaker
One thing we all look forward to at every event is the keynote speaker; so who is it this year? 2017 Gen T Lister, Achmad Zaky is the founder and CEO of Bukalapak, which is one of Indonesia’s most trusted marketplace platforms. Our keynote speaker will be speaking about “The Unicorn Story: Journey to Business Growth.” Get ready to be enlightened and pick up some tips from this inspiring man.
Tatler X PanSophia
Each and every one of our lister’s are on the list for a reason: leadership, bold and inspiring, and each of them have worked hard and smart to make their dreams come true. Indonesia Tatler has established a CSR programme with PanSophia Nusantara, an educational NGO, where each lister has been paired with one child on the basis of their personalities. What makes this special is each lister gets to write letters or send e-mails to the respective child and find a way to keep in touch, motivating the children to believe in the beauty of their dreams.
